We will visit your space, discuss your project vision, and recommend the most suitable decorative finish, whether that is Venetian plaster, microcement, polished plaster, or a Valpaint decorative system. We provide a detailed written quote following every consultation.
How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 4 working hours. For urgent projects, you are welcome to call us directly on 07821 658650 – Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 12pm. We are a small, dedicated team and pride ourselves on responsive, personal communication.
Do you charge for site visits or written quotes?
No. Site visits, consultations, and detailed written quotes are all completely free. We believe in building trust before any commitment, so there is never any financial pressure when exploring your project with us.

Do you work outside Bristol?

Can I request a sample before committing to a finish?
Absolutely. We always create a physical sample on your wall before any project begins. You will see exactly how the finish looks and feels in your own space before anything is agreed or paid for. Nothing proceeds without your complete satisfaction with the sample.
Do you provide decorative finishes for commercial projects?
Yes. We work extensively with commercial clients including hotels, restaurants, retail showrooms, office reception areas, spas, and luxury apartment developments. If you are a developer, architect, or interior designer specifying finishes for a commercial project, we can provide samples, specifications, and full installation services.
Timescales & Installation
How long does Venetian plaster installation take?
A standard feature wall takes 3 to 5 days. A full room, including surface preparation, multiple plaster layers, burnishing, and sealing, typically requires 5 to 8 days, depending on the size and finish complexity. Each layer must cure fully before the next is applied, which is what creates the depth and quality of a professional Venetian plaster finish. We will provide a clear timescale with every quote.
Can you supply Valpaint materials without installation?
Yes. As the official UK distributor for Valpaint, we supply the full range of Valpaint decorative materials to professional applicators across the UK. Supply-only orders are available for trained specialists. Please note that Valpaint materials are exclusively sold to professional applicators, not to the general public, due to the specialist application techniques required.
Do you offer Venetian plaster training courses?
Yes. We run professional Venetian plaster and microcement training courses in Bristol, limited to small groups for hands-on learning. Courses start from £360+VAT and cover techniques, surface preparation, and Valpaint system application. Contact us to enquire about upcoming dates and availability.
