Delivery information for Valpaint products ordered from the Antichi Decori online shop. Every order is prepared and despatched from Bristol by Antichi Decori Ltd, the official UK Valpaint distributor. Delivery is charged on the packed weight of your whole order and the exact price is shown in the basket and at checkout before you pay. Delivery prices include VAT.
How long does an order take?
Valpaint decorative finishes are prepared and tinted to your chosen colour before they leave us, so an order normally takes 1–2 working days to prepare. Delivery times are counted from the day of despatch: Standard delivery arrives in 3–5 working days, Next Working Day delivery the working day after despatch, and pallet deliveries in 3–5 working days. For Next Working Day delivery, order before 5pm and we prepare your order the same day and despatch it the next morning.
Items shown as available on back-order are ordered specially for you from Valpaint in Italy and are normally despatched within 10–15 working days. The stock message on the product page tells you before you order.
Delivery options and prices
Delivery is charged by the packed weight of your order – the products plus about 1.5 kg of protective packaging (double cardboard box, bubble wrap and outer wrapping) – and starts from £5.95. The basket shows the exact price and the options available for your order before you pay.
- Standard delivery – tracked courier, 3–5 working days after despatch, compensation cover up to £75. From £5.95.
- Next Working Day delivery – order before 5pm and we prepare your order the same day and despatch it the next morning for delivery the following working day. Standard delivery charge plus £15.
- Insured delivery – compensation cover up to £750: Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm with a signature on delivery for packed parcels up to 20 kg, or a Parcelforce express48 service with enhanced cover for parcels between 20 and 30 kg.
- Pallet delivery – orders over 30 kg packed are sent on a pallet, kerbside to UK mainland addresses, 3–5 working days; someone must be available to receive it.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Pallet deliveries are kerbside to UK mainland addresses. If you would like your order sent outside the UK, please contact us before ordering and we will quote for it.
Colour preparation and despatch
Tinted products are mixed to the colour and quantity you order, so please check the colour reference, size and quantity carefully before you confirm. Tinted products are prepared specially for you and cannot be returned under change-of-mind rules – see our Returns & Refunds Policy. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, and a despatch notice with the tracking details when your parcel leaves us.
Receiving your delivery
Please check the parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery by e-mail with your order number and photographs, and we will put it right – full details are in the Returns & Refunds Policy. Paints and decorative finishes must be stored between +5 °C and +30 °C and protected from frost, so please do not leave a delivery outside in cold weather.
