1. Booking & Payment

  • A non‑refundable deposit is required
  • Full payment must be made before the course
  • Spaces are limited

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non‑refundable
  • You may request to move to another date
  • If we cancel 30 days befre, you may choose a new date or receive a refund

3. Course Content

We may adjust course content, trainers, or schedules.

4. Health & Safety

Participants must follow all safety instructions.

5. Use of Materials

Training materials may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Certification

Certificates may be provided upon completion.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for travel costs, accommodation, loss of earnings, or personal property.

This Training Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behaviour expected from all participants attending training courses delivered by Antichi Decori Ltd. Our aim is to provide a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment for everyone.

1. Purpose of This Code

This Code of Conduct ensures that:

  • All participants understand their responsibilities
  • Training sessions run smoothly and professionally
  • A safe and respectful environment is maintained
  • Learning outcomes are achieved without disruption

All participants must follow this Code throughout the duration of the course.

2. Respectful Behaviour

Participants are expected to:

  • Treat trainers, staff, and other participants with respect
  • Communicate politely and professionally
  • Avoid disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour
  • Respect cultural, personal, and professional differences

Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind will not be tolerated.

3. Attendance and Punctuality

Participants must:

  • Arrive on time for all sessions
  • Attend the full duration of the course
  • Notify us in advance if they expect to be late or absent

Repeated lateness or absence may affect certification or participation.

4. Health & Safety Requirements

Participants must:

  • Follow all safety instructions provided by trainers
  • Use tools, materials, and equipment responsibly
  • Wear appropriate clothing or protective gear when required
  • Report any hazards, injuries, or unsafe behaviour immediately

Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from the course.

5. Use of Tools, Materials, and Equipment

Participants agree to:

  • Handle all tools and materials with care
  • Use equipment only as instructed
  • Avoid damaging property or facilities
  • Refrain from removing tools or materials from the premises

Any intentional misuse may result in charges for damages.

6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Participants must not:

  • Record training sessions without permission
  • Share training materials, techniques, or demonstrations externally
  • Copy or reproduce course content without written consent

All training content remains the intellectual property of Antichi Decori Ltd.

7. Professional Conduct During Practical Work

Participants must:

  • Work safely and cleanly
  • Respect shared workspaces
  • Follow trainer guidance at all times
  • Avoid behaviour that may endanger themselves or others

8. Substance Use

The following are strictly prohibited during training:

  • Alcohol
  • Illegal substances
  • Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Anyone suspected of being under the influence will be removed from the course.

9. Mobile Phones and Personal Devices

To maintain focus and safety:

  • Phones should be kept on silent
  • Calls should be taken outside the training area
  • Devices must not be used during demonstrations unless permitted

Serious misconduct may result in immediate removal without refund.
