These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website antichidecori.co.uk and any services, quotations, product supplies, or training bookings you obtain from us. Therefore, when you access the site, request a quote, place an order, or book training, you accept these terms. However, if you disagree, please do not use our services.

We serve as the official UK distributor for Valpaint and deliver expert application, supply, and hands-on training.
2. Use of Our Website
You must use the website only for lawful purposes. In addition, you agree not to:

3. Quotations and Services
We prepare quotations for:

Quotations remain valid for 30 days from the issue date unless we specify otherwise. However, they provide estimates based on your supplied information, and we may adjust them if site conditions, specifications, or materials change. A quotation does not create a binding contract until we accept it and you pay any required deposit.
4. Booking and Payment Terms
For installations and servicesWe often require a deposit (typically 30–50%) to secure dates and order materials. Therefore, we detail full payment terms — including balance due on completion or staged payments — in your quotation or invoice. You can pay securely via bank transfer or other agreed methods.
For training programmesWe require a non-refundable deposit at booking to reserve your place. In addition, you must complete full payment before the course begins. However, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if we do not meet minimum participant numbers.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Installations and servicesYou must notify us of cancellations in writing (email is acceptable). Deposits may become non-refundable if we have ordered materials or started preparation. For example, we may charge reasonable costs for late cancellations.
TrainingDeposits remain non-refundable. However, you can request to transfer to another available date (subject to availability and any admin fee). In addition, we may cancel training for unforeseen reasons (such as instructor illness) and will then offer a full refund or alternative date.
6. Product Supply (Valpaint and Related Materials)
We supply products subject to stock availability. Colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly because of natural batch differences, lighting, or application techniques — samples serve only as guides. Risk passes to you upon delivery or collection, but title remains with us until you make full payment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We exclude liability for damage caused by product misuse, incorrect application by third parties, or failure to follow our instructions.
- We do not accept responsibility for indirect losses (for example, loss of profits or business interruption).
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the services or products provided.
However, nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (for consumers).
In addition, force majeure events (such as strikes, natural disasters, or supply chain issues beyond our control) excuse delays without liability.
